frankly, I don't have any advices to say it to my college
because it doesn't need it

There is many advices which have to say it for your colleague for example :

1) friendship like soul from the body you can't leave it easyly .

2) My colleague like my brother so everyone from us need the other to help him .

3) Your colleague must be honest with you .



Please, Shamoa Could you explain your idea may be somebody not understand anything .

Use simple words .

you can change " colleague " to Friend

May be someone think this word " colleague " is college.
